rancid 2.2 is ready for release.  it has been quite a while and there
have been many changes.  the change logs is available here

	http://www.shrubbery.net/rancid/CHANGES

as well as with the distribution.  notably, bits have been added for
Alteon switches, Bay/nortel routers, Extreme switches, HP procurve
switches, and MRTd.

there have been many contributions; bug fixes, additional support, and
access to help with debugging/development.  many thanks to those folks.

collection of extreme switches still needs some work (see the Todo file).
