dr-max-mem

* This indicates that Dynamic Reconfiguration(DR) will allow memory additions
up to this total memory value. This variable also controls the availability
of DR functions. If this is not set, then NO DR memory operations are allowed,
and if it is set, DR memory operations are allowed and maximum memory for this
domain will then be set to this value. You will need to use the "setenv-dr"
command from obp. You can use "setenv", but you will need do still do a
setenv-dr or a reboot host by doing another bringup.

Capturing Reset/Red Mode Condition Information

On any three reset conditions (SIR, XIR or Watchdog) or on REDMODE condition,
download_helper captures reset information that can be useful to determine
possible cause of the condition. The most relevant information will be stored
in a pre-defined location on the BBSRAM. This information is then collected
by the SSP utility called EDD (Event Detector Daemon, which runs on the SSP).
