From Sun Ray Administration GUI, policy can be changed as below :

  1. From Netscape , go to http://localhost:1660
  2. Enter your login and password.
  3. Click on Admin on L.H.S of GUI.
  4. Click on Policy. From here you can enable Mobile Sessions 
     and make the necessary changes in the policy.
  5. Click the Apply Button and confirmation will be displayed.
  6. After making changes, click on Reset Services on L.H.S. of GUI to 
     implement the changes. 

  At that point, the below message is displayed and may cause confusion:      

Press Reset to reset the Sun Ray services and preserve all sessions. Press Restart to terminate all sessions and restart the Sun Ray services.

This confusing message leads users to believe that by pressing Reset, Sun Ray users won't lose their sessions. This is NOT true. It does the contrary and they are logged out of sessions.

Want to make it clear that Reset does as mentioned above only when changing the Multihead feature . All other changes require restarting Sun Ray services. Even if you will press Reset, it will do the same as Restart.
