| Description |
Unable to update the OBP firmware from 4.6.4 to 4.6.8 on Sun Fire [TM] V480.
When the Flash PROM Update utility is run, it is reported that the machine is already at the latest version of POST :

SOLUTION SUMMARY:Saying "YES" to update the POST as well as OBP fixes the problem of RAM-Copy CRC failure.
(Even if the latest POST is already installed)
Both packages MUST be installed together.
