SOLUTION SUMMARY:
Log on to the system controllers console, and from the ok prompt perform the following. ok setenv diag-level pmax-epvmax ok setenv diag-switch? true ok setenv post-on-sir? true ok reset-all This will inform the system controller to start diagnostics.
