        To translate the MAN driver instance to a physical interface on 
        a domain, the /etc/path_to_inst must be consulted.

        Using the PCI Bus Address, the translation can be completed 
        using the table below. In this example, instance 0 is pci@11c. 
        Thus, instance eri0 is physically located on I/O board 8.
