Late late comments...

In the Abstract it says there are three types of redistribution
communities.  In section 2, it lists 4 types.  As you read further,
you realize that its really 6 (prepend/no_export/no annouce) x (all
peer but these/just these peers).  I think the Abstract and section
2 should be cleaned up to be more accurate.

Typo in section 2.3.  In "A router should apply the policies defined
by the redistribution communities to the routes that is has selected",
s/routes that is/routes that it/.

Someplace it should be spelled out how to match all peers (or no
peers) - use prefix/length of ...

I think some uses of the prefix/length should be added - its not
immediately obvious why its there.

I think we should add a note along the lines of this:
	An ISP may choose not to honor this community from some
	peers - for instace, an ISP may choose to only honor this
	community if sent by its customers.  An implementation
	should therefore provide a knob so that an ISP can drop this
	community from some peers.
