false "changes in XXX routers" reports

Hi,

I'm getting flase reports of changes in router.db file, such as:

Routers changed to up:
        router1:cisco
        router2:cisco
        router3:cisco

Added routers:
        router1:cisco
        router2:cisco
        router3:cisco

Deleted routers:
        router1:cisco
        router2:cisco
        router3:cisco


while there was no change to the routers list file.
any idea why this happens?
