keep on receiving routers down messages

I have just installed rancid version 2.3. Everything seems to work fine. 
But I keep on receiving messages informing about routers changes in the 
group every hour that rancid-run is run. My inbox is overwhelmed with 
these messages. I have included the message below for reference. I was 
previously running rancid 2.2.2 smoothly without any problems. Cvs status shows
up-to-date. Has anyone else encountered this kind of prob? I am running rancid
2.3 under Fedora Core release 1.
