[rancid] config difsf after "write mem"

every time a config is saved on an IOS router/switch. ("write mem"/"copy
run start")
it will generate a diff report due to time stamp changes of the flash
files:

does it make sense to track those changes ?
does anyone have a workaround for this ?  or just filter it out ?
