[rancid] RANCID stuck at 1 point in time.

I seem to be having an issue with Rancid currently.  It seems like it
has CVS at some point in time, and it tries to update the configurations
but appears to be unable to commit the information since that one point
in time.  I've checked all the permissions and everything is in line.
Is there a way I can get CVS to commit the changes?
