[rancid] OT: cvsweb and Perl 5.10 don't play nice together

At least on my Debian Testing box, cvsweb broke* when I dist-upgrade'ed 
and Perl 5.10 was installed. Just a heads-up.


* Now tosses out an error about failing to spawn rlog on the web-side, and 
emits "Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
/var/www/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi line 3980." in the Apache error log.
