I track with AAA, but in case with rancid I will receive changes and who
made it in one place.

You could just comment out the line from rancid that skips over this
information:
# /^! (Last configuration|NVRAM config last)/ && next;
But a better way to track who makes changes is to use some kind of AAA
like
Tacacs so you can identify what commands are being issued.
