[rancid] Rancid Emailing Blank Diffs and Foundry

Hi All,
I am sure this was probably covered at some point but google and the
keyword rancid do not make for an easy search...

1.)I am getting notified with blank emails when nothing changes in my
configs, any way to stop that?

2.) I have some foundry gear that gives me some bogus diffs in regards
to fan speed changes, flash space, etc... How to have rancid ignore?
