[rancid] Too many DIFFs

Two of my AS5350 gateways are doffing every run, and it is nothing more
than the placement of two lines. 

 

 paramspace english language en

 paramspace english index 1

 

paramspace english index 1

 paramspace english language en

 

 

Those two lines flip on every run, getting too many diffs now to be
useful. What do I do to prevent this?
