Here is a document I have created to get this up and running, it doesn't cover the OS setup, security or anything other than getting rancid and CVS up and running. This is also what worked for me (a few times now) but it may not work for you

Obviously standard terms apply, use at you own risk, I'm not responsible for any issues arising from following this doc etc etc
