It's the one which comes with Ubuntu precise: 2.3.6-2

Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS

> are you connecting to the switches with telnet or ssh?

We are connecting with telnet

> Is your telnet kerberos enabled? Are you using AAA for command 
> authorization and have disallowed

No for both questions. We don't use kerberos or AAA.
