[rancid] System Up Time & Dell

Hello,

I'm using Rancid 3.0 to backup Dell switches using the 'smc' type and it
work. But every time the script run, I receive the following diff.

- ! System Up Time (days,hour:min:sec):       02,11:30:13
+ ! System Up Time (days,hour:min:sec):       02,23:31:44
