[rancid] Panrancid with PAN 6.0

[Chip Pleasants]

Just found out what it was the day. Apparently the local on account on the
firewalls changed roles, which disabled the set commands. I'm a bonehead.
I swear I could run the commands manually after the upgrade. Thanks for
checking in with me.
