[rancid] unable to download old rancid versions

[Deny IP Any Any]

I am unable to download any file from

ftp://ftp.shrubbery.net/pub/rancid/.old/

I can browse the .old directory but can't start a download of anything in
it; picking files from other directories (such as /pub/rancid/) works.

This is also failing from Chrome in Windows.
