[rancid] all routers are down

Thank you all for reply.
I found out that problem was more trivial and has nothing to do with perl.
I did not notice that rancid also was updated to 3.1 and router.db
still got : instead of new separator ;
After fixing router.db everything works fine.
Problem solved.
