[rancid] RANCID Stop sending Notifications

Since I want all of the emails to come directly to me, I setup aliases for all of the groups to send to a single email address.
/etc/aliases
==========
rancid-firewall-admin: me at example.com
rancid-firewall: me at example.com
then run the 'newaliases' command to make it active.
If you decide the email notifications are too much or not beneficial, then set the SENDMAIL to '/bin/true' in the etc/rancid.conf.
