[rancid] Dell PowerConnect

AAA, Dell R1-2401.  Set to SMC, change one line, seems to work fine.

One annoyance:
- !username admin password <removed>
- !username sysad password <removed>

The password are no longer removed and they should be.  Thanks Heas.
