[rancid] Commit loop for HP2920 "show time" WB_16_05_0004

Hi!

With WB_16_05_0004 from december, HP switches will enter backup config loop
because output of "show tech transceivers" now shows the current time:

How can I fix this in rancid? It would be possible to disable this output
in "hrancid.in" but this is no solution (HP might add timestamp to all
outputs).
