[rancid] Ignore Extreme hivemanager account

I think that did it. I have this in the diff now from each one.
- create account admin hivemanager encrypted "$x$xxxxxx$xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
+ # create account admin hivemanager <key removed>
