[tac_plus] tac_plus enhancement

Dear Colleagues,

I've just installed your tac_plus version F4.0.4.14.
I wonder if you plan to release a newer one in the near future.

I think it would be useful if a user or group could be member
of multiple groups. Probably I can modify the code within a few hours.
Are you interested in such a patch?
