[tac_plus] Trouble with password

Hi!

I have a problem with tacacs. My user can connect to cisco devices with two passwords:

vtnhjkju1@
vtnhjkju97@

I generate his password (vtnhjkju1@) with tac_pwd and write it in cisco.pwd file:

cat---
pavelsm:VFoUc2TB5Tjf2:::::
cat---

I can change this password and all be ok but  I wish to understand as it probably?
