[tac_plus] Error when starting tac_plus with acl in tac_plus.cfg

 Getting an error when trying to use an acl in the tac_plus.cfg file. Note
the acl below is at the top of the file. Am I doing something wrong?

acl = userlan {

permit = 172.16.254.[10-60]

deny = 192.168.*.*

deny = 172.16.254.[1-9]

deny = 10.*.*.*

}



[root at hqitnwm02 init.d]# ./tac_plus start

Starting TACACS+ :Error: Unrecognised token acl on line 5

[FAILED]
