[tac_plus] tac_plus RHEL5 x86_64

Hello,
I am trying to compile and install tacacs+-F4.0.4.15 and it just isn't working I get the following errors in my log:

I get this when trying to connect.  The session is killed almost immediately after being connected.

I am using a config from a previous TACPLUS server tacacs+-F4.0.4.7 that is currently running on a solaris 5.8 system.  So I don't believe it is the config file.
Any suggestions?
