[tac_plus] tac_plus MD5 passwords

Hi

We've been running tac_plus on the network on Solaris 10 and identified a need
for stronger password hashing - we have some code changes to enable md5 password
hashes in tac_plus (haven't bothered with pac_pwd).  Would you be interested in
them?
