This debug output was created before or after swapping
your membership order?


You should do the following:

With your original config (i.e.
member = net-staff-all-r
member = net-staff-all-u
) login into both NAS and issue "show mem" command.

Then modify config (
member = net-staff-all-u
member = net-staff-all-r
), restart tac_plus and execute "show mem" again in both router.

Finally send me the debug output please.
