[tac_plus] Ipv6 working config in F4.0.4.26

Hi,

Great product. How do I get tac_plus to listen on ipv6 addresses, by
default it does not.
In older versions of the tac_plus.conf one could use the listen statement,
but those seem to be deprecated?
I have also tried to use the id = statement, but that does not work in this
version.

Any advice?
