[tac_plus] Multiple Keys

Hi,
I was wondering if the following link is still the correct way to add support for multiple keys?  I'd like to start a key change but can't easily do it with the current version (tacacs+-F4.0.4.26.tar.gz) of TACPLUS I am running.
