[tac_plus] tac_plus error

i have started it properly now but am not receiving any log from the switch
to the tac_plus server. see below.

root at tacacs-srv:~# tac_plus -g -d 8 -C /etc/tacacs/tac_plus.conf

tac_plus server F4.0.4.26 starting
