[tac_plus] Has anyone gotten tacplus working without libwrap yet?

Yeah, sorry I was able to get the latest facebook from github to build an RPM thanks.

It's been a long time, but I was able to build it without  tcp wrappers.

What errors are seen when attempting without it?
