zh_TW.EUC where the EUC scheme is used to encode the CNS11643.1992 codeset
zh_TW.BIG5 where the locale supports Big5
zh_TW.UTF-8 where the locale supports Unicode 3.1
zh_HK.BIG5HK where the locale supports Big5-HKSCS
zh_HK.UTF-8 where the locale supports Unicode 3.1
