PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The following bugIds have been filed against the Raid Firmware of
RAID Manager 6.1.1 under the conditions described below:
1. BugId# 4164090, Status GUI application encounters an unrecoverable
error.
Summary: The RM6.1.1 status window will show the progress of recon-
struction and will eventually encounter an error from which
it never recovers.
Sample error message shown below:
"An Error Occurred While Obtaining LUN information"
Once this error is encountered, the application must be restarted.
2. BugId# 4153015, RM6.1.1 didn't display temperature warning status
when temp fault LED turns on.
Summary: When an A1000 controller board reaches 45 degrees C the amber
temperature fault LED on the controller board is activated.
However, RM6.1.1 does not detect or display a temperature
warning message on the host.
3. BugId# 4094014, RM6.1.1 hardware error A000 after power cycling A1000.
Summary: The following error messages appear on the console after power-
ing down an A1000(s) connected to a host system.
* Actual error message will vary slightly.

4. BugId# 4023075 Health check does not detect battery failure & cache
not turned off.
Summary: RM6.1.1 Health Check does not detect battery failure or battery
not present condition. The problem can be reproduced by running
Health Check while the battery cable internal to the battery FRU
is not plugged in. Health Check does not detect the battery FRU
failure. At the 10 minute interval controller polling time, the
battery failure will be detected and write cache will be turned
off automatically. But an un-recoverable write will be reported
in the RAID Manager message log.
