PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
During the installation or upgrade of 400MHZ CPU Modules (X1194A)
of Sun Enterprise 250 systems, the CPU modules may become damaged
upon insertion into the plastic module guides.
This potential problem is due to a small number of Enterprise 250
systems that may have been shipped with the black plastic CPU module
guides within the module cage on the hurdle board, could have a
deformity on the spring face or reached the max. spec. condition
whereby the module comes into contact with guide causing component
damage (typically to L1401).
