Executing the 'refresh -s' command gets "shelf life expired" message.

Example:

#refresh -s
No battery refreshing Task is currently running.
 

• Run the following command for each u#pcu# combination that has "shelf life expired"


#.id read u#pcu# (where # is the appropriate unit 1 or 2).

Look at the "Battery Warranty Date". Typically it will show a date starting in the year 2020!

• If this is the problem, you can fix it by running the following command for each u#pcu# combination:

#.bat -i u#pcu#

• To see that the warranty dates have been cleared out use the command below (they should be all zeros).

#.id read u#pcu#

• Reset the system

• After resetting , use .id read u#pcu# to verify that the date was reset.

• Check status of batteries with the refresh -s command.  They should now show normal.
