To synchronize the Sun Ray firmware follow the procedure below.

1. Log in as the superuser of the Sun Ray Server

2. Open a shell window and change to the following directory.

# cd /opt/SUNWut/sbin

3. Synchronize the Sun Ray appliance firmware:

# ./utfwsync

4. The Sun Ray appliance will reboot and load the new firmware.

NOTE: As the command is executed, access to user sessions is interrupted. The sessions are not lost and will be resumed after the command is completed.
