When deleting a LUN from the rm6 gui, the following message occurs:
"Deletion of LUN failed, lun has fs mounted or application is
accessing LUN or LUN is being reconstructed or another host has
the LUN reserved"
The LUN is not mounted anywhere.
All volumes using this LUN have been removed from Volume Manager.
The LUN has been removed from any Volume Manager diskgroup.
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
The solution is to use:
# vxdiskadm
Choose #11 - Disable (offline) a disk device
Offline the LUN then go back into the gui and delete the LUN
