How to permanently set Sunray display resolution |
|
4 Apr 2000 |
Some SunRay users get their display reset. They want to set all
displays to 1280 and some SunRays keep getting set back to the default
of 1024.
Is there a global config or some way to enforce
the SunRay server resolution?
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
There is a global setting for the SunRay server resolution.
go to /opt/SUNWut/lib
in that directory execute the following command
./utxconfig -a -r 1280x1024
This is the maximum supported resolution.
Make sure the patch 108303-xx is on the system. You will need this patch
in order to save this global config after a reboot.
