It appears irrelevant which cpus are installed. If the machine boots with the right speed, there will be no failure or restriction for uptime.
1. On failure halt the machine and powercycle it. Most UE450s will boot with the right speed because the failure is sporadic.
2. Install Gigabit Ethernet cards only in pci slots 4 and/or 5. See Bug ID
The maximum allowed number of cards is 2 on a system with 4-CPUs. The maximum is less for smaller configurations.
