E450 with 400 MHz processors using system board 501-5672 shows incorrect speed of 448 MHz using prtdiag -v.and post.

Jumper 2701 was set wrong on the jumpered 1-2 instead of 2-3 the correct jumper setting for 400MHz processors. This error could have been caused by incorrect silkscreen on the system board.

NOTE: It appears that system board 501-5672 has the same problem as sys board 501-5270 see FIN I0456-1 below:

The silkscreen near J2701 on System Board 501-5270-0x provides incorrect information on how to set the clock jumper for the 400 MHz UltraSPARC II.

The silkscreen near J2701 reads:

ULTRA-2 CPU 1-2
