When I run bringup on a Sun Enterprise[TM] 10000, it fails with the following error:
Starting obp_helper -m 40 -A -on... failed! (os status 0x100, exit code 1)
What's wrong?
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
The cause is most likely the syntax of your bringup command.
Check your syntax of the bringup command.
There should be NO DASH (-) before "on" after the -A option.
For example, bringup -A -on -l16 is NOT correct.
In this example, the correct syntax is:
bringup -A on -l16
An extra dash before "off" will also give you this error.
