Cu has added a controller to a A3000/A35000.
However, customer has not used Recovery Guru to replace the controller.
In some cases a Board Serial Number will appear. This
number reflects the controller that had been replaced.
Cu should simply run RM6 gui and use the recovery gui
to REPLACE the controller. The gui should indicate a
failed controller to replace.
Follow the steps as given by RM6.
