The particular job I was interested in is single configuration command
submission to a list of devices. A simple change like the syslog destination
comes to mind as an example. Full-fledged configuration generation is highly
vendor-specific and not what I was looking for.

I'll have a look at the ops-nm list and see what they are up to.
