[rancid] Netopia support - trancid / tlogin

I've dusted off the Netopia scripts submitted by Jan Czmok
back in December 2003 to the rancid-discuss list.

After a few minor adjustments, they seem to work fine for the two
routers I tested, a Netopia R7200 (SDSL) and a Netopia 4622XL (T1).
I then added a line to rancid-fe to map "netopia" to "trancid", and
that was it.

The scripts should work for any Netopia router with firmware that
supports the "control-N" command to drop out of the Playskool
interface into the command line, and supports the "show config"
command.  That should be nearly all their routers, unless the
firmware is more than 4 or 5 years old.
