[rancid] Re: The config.log

Ryan, thanks for your response.

My server is a Debian lenny 5.0 x86_64

I ran "apt-get install gcc" and, then, "./configure 
--prefix=/home/rancid" and it worked good.

I am following the README file to install and configure. In my opinion 
the README file is more didactically written than this HOWTO.

I really appreciate your help.
