[rancid] palo alto rancid

I saw some stuff for this in 2008 and didn't see any followup. It's a bit of a hack job. There's a whole lot that could be cleaned up with a couple extra hours of effort, but it does work. I made a panlogin and a panrancid that will archive a palo alto show config running plus show system info which includes the serial number, dynamic update information, and other useful things.
